GU TD 4.2 temp problem

Post by GUte »

G'day all, got a GU ute 4.2 td. The temp. gauge sits at about half but never moves unless I tow my camper up a hill then she shoots up very quickly. it isn't even working very hard. Has any body experianced this and have they found a cure? My cooling system from what I can see seems to be OK. Any help greatly appreciated.

I had a problem with my TD-6 getting hot. Afterremoving the radiator I soon realised why..

It was very easy to remove and took about 1/2 an hour with the hose to clean.
