Stablity of zooks?

Post by Bighazza »

Hey zook guys i dont normally come here but i am up for another 4wd now. I had previsouly owned a 40 series landcruiser that i never finished

After looking around on the NBS site it has rekindeled my love with zooks! :D

I am just wondering how do you find the stablity off road in a coily zook? like hills, side slopes etc?

also would it be realativly easy to mod??

cheers ;)

its as stable as a leafy zook.

they are haeder to modify and actually make them work like a leaf sprung sierra. but not saying it cant be done.

i do think (i know alot of people will disagree) that the sj80 is better than a leafy in most cases.

it just comes down to noone willing to put the time and money into them.

my stock coiler was very stable. people sometimes commented on wacky angles that it may have been on, It never really felt that wacky.
