I have heard of quite a few 3.0 patrols haveing problems mainly all before 200 000km and usually very expencive and terminal. at work we have a 2003 model 3.0 deis although it is still running it has had a few small problems such as max air sensors and the such. but i also have a GQ 4.2 dies and much prefer the feel of the larger enging, the 3.0 seems to be working hard all the time. one up side is that it gets good fuel ecconomy.
