is it legitimately registered / engineered?
If yes, i'd start around $11K and see what happens, does it have a back door / screen? I had a heap of mad stuff on my old hilux, i couldn't sell it for $12K fully registered so i stripped it and got about 13k for all the bits and it only took 2 weeks.
