Yeah some more details guys.

The Zuk is owned by Drew off this board. After poping 3 axle’s in one day he decided that he needed to beef up the drive train. I suppose you get that when you have 34â€

those pics are from a mates phone,i have some better ones will get them put up tonight.

just flexed it up to get an idea of where to place shocks, bump stops, t/shaft lengths etc.

specs are 4agze twincharged TO3 big injectors front mount intercooler,t50 box stock tranfer gearing, lux diffs 4.88 ratio 1 airlocker for now.
suspension is double tri 4link in the rear with vit coils, front is 5link, 34x10.5x15 jt2 kplus.
i have to keep the rear seat for my kids & its a daily driver so we had to compromize with a few things but im happy with the progress so far, hopefully we will have it finished before christmas.

HUGE HUGE thanks duncan for all the help & advice with the coils.

Some more dodgy phone pictures... I can't afford a proper camera coz I spend all my money on this stupid phone

This is drew's motor.. 4agze supercharged and turbo'd with a T3. Hit's full boost at 2500rpm

Image

Image

This other one is the 4age 20v quad throttle... Not finished yet, but it does run! What a crazy motor. It's a VVTi (variable valve timing injection) which goes absolutly nuts around the 6000rpm mark and rev limits at 9000rpm. Not sure how good it would be in a 4by but we will see. I imagine it will have enough power to crawl really well with the right gears, but then when you need to spin hard you don't need to change gear coz you can just wind it out into the high revs and watch it smoke! Something drew mentioned was that it doesn't allow the room for the clutch booster. He had to addapt a remote resivior tot he pedal box, which was sourced from a van.

enjoy

The zuk is looking very nice drew, looking at the quality of some of the brackets u can tell he has spent a few hours on it.

Drew is a very switched on bloke, he has done a few conversions and puts in the extra effort to use stock parts from other vehicles as aposed to custom parts, and it all looks very good, tight fit but looks good none the less.

PS
that 4age 20v quad throttle thing was very very cool and sounds hot, i want one :)
