Rear bar help needed

Gooday all
I really need some confirmations on some measurements if anyone can help. Im builing myself a single tube rear bar (unlike cheezy's) with swing away carrier and have got some measurements and as many people have built there own they might be able to tell me im full of s*"t or correct. Below is a quick diagram i typed up could not scanner going to scan hand written complete one. Any help comments would be good

Be careful with the mountings to the chassis - they need to be an upside down L shape to clear the standard recovery points at the rear.

Have to get mine fixed to make it straigt. Gonna try and do them at home tomorrow but may not have enough grunt with the little grinder as my rear bar is all about 5mm thick.

It's gonna be strong enough for a wheel carrier :D

1153 looks good. I made mine at 1150 and its very hard to get on.

Bend all your tube, make your mounting brackets and then use your vehicle as a welding jig (disconnect battery first), then you know for sure it will fit and have the required clearances.

when i made my rear bar, we mounted the brackets the the chassis rails, then tacked the bar into place, then my father Welded it all up, what we realiased, is when fitting brackets the the chassis, it may pay to put a 1mm packer or so on either side, so after welding its far easier to get the bar back on,
