38X15.50R15LT
LT375/55R16 (33X15.50R16LT)

These are a Radial and aren't a replacement for the Bias Claw.
Mickey T Site wrote:The MTZ is an aggressive mud terrain radial in Specialty Light Truck sizing, featuring a cut resistant 3-ply sidewall and a full 6-ply tread for superior strength and toughness on or off road.
This is in addition to the already impressive Mickey Thompson Range.
It goes hand in hand with the release of the ATZ.... with the specialty sizing and now also the choice between an All Terrain or a Mud Terrain.

How would the MTZ compare to the Cooper STT??

What would you recomend for a 100 series landcruiser??

The main thing to take note of is the fact that the Mickey Thompson MTZ is all specialty sizing, with 15.50" widths and larger overall diameters. It is designed for the more modified vehicle with 10-12" rims and big guard gaps to fill.

The 100 Series are a nice, comfortable vehicle to drive so I'd be looking at the Cooper STTA3 as they are very impressive with their on road manners and are an extremely capable off road/ touring tyre. The STTA3 is available in an assortment of sizes close to OE fitments.

33x15.50R15 MTZ go for the $440 mark. I've got a set of the ATZ in stock in this size which is the All Terrain equivalent and they are mean looking tyres. Very wide.

Drop in and have a look if you want to see how big these babies are.

Cheers,
Ryano
