1. is it possible to replace the twin tail shaft with single on a 97 hilux?
2. what are the standard diff ratios on a 97 lux, what is a good ratio to go to, to push 33's and half a ton of work crap?
any advise would be great

2 NFI, but you may want to look at Marks adapters site (links page) and see what you can get to lower your gear ratios on and offroad

1) 1 piece is generally stronger, and you dont have to worry about the centre bearing failing.. 2) Most people find 4.88's best for pushing 33's+

why? because the standard one sh@ts me, it keeps pinging its been fixed twice but nothing seems to work
