hey any one use this ?

i have fitted it to my 9 way tough dogs ( 56mm) and when front and back are on setting 9 it works for about 10 min then pump kicks in and dosnt stop untill the safty cut out kicks in

any other setting is fine no problems

front on 9 and back on 0 = good
rear on 9 and front on 0 = good
front and rear on 9 = bad arfter 5-10 min min

any idears?

he means, when he sets the adjustable shocks to nine on the one to nine scale front and back sets, after 10 mins the compressor kicks in then turns off and turns on again until the thermal switch cuts the compressor.
I think you may have a leak in the lines, prolly at the compressor or shock end, this is evident with the higher pressures at 9 all round, try putting them all on 9 and spraying soapy water around all fitments and juctions of the pressure line to see of you can see any leaks.

a little note about my tough dog adjuster compressor. i would be driving along the highway with it set to 2 front and 1 rear and then when i get to 4wding i put it on 5 fr and 4 rr. thats when it starts kicking on and off and flashing most of the time. eventually it stopped working at all. there was no leak in any of my lines so i had cris (ludacris) check it and he said it looks like the aircompressor itself is faulty. after christmas hopefully he would have fixed it or been able to get a new one under warranty for me. hopefully its a very rare problem.
