GQ LWB & SWB 2" Body Lift !!!URGENT!!!
GQ LWB & SWB 2" Body Lift !!!URGENT!!!
Hey fellas,
A buddy of mine and I are going to do a 2" Body Lift, but need specs, pics, hints, tips and anything we can get our hands on.
Since many of you guys have done similar kits at home, we would really appreciate any and all help we can get.
Please Reply ASAP as we need to finish the lift in the coming 3-4 days to get the new bumpers in.
Thanks fellas!

I would use 100mm DIA blocks, as it gives more surface area on the body, therefore less stress and less likely come thru the floor. Also if you have access to a lathe do your centre holes on it rather than just a drill, that way you know they will be true.
As for alloy or nylon, I have used both and I have found that the nylon is just a little better as it doesn't seem to be as hard on the car, and the bolts didn't work loose with the nylon.
Thats the other thing, make sure you check you bolts everytime you service the car.
