Well I just finished my twin stick conversion on my single stick dana20, and it keeps jumping out of low range. It will not stay in 2wd low front, 2wd low rear or low 4wd, even if I push on the leavers. The front will pop out 1st.
I have 2wd high rear and 4wd high; they work with out a problem.
I did not pull the box apart except to sump to clean it out.
Could it be the gears, they looked ok to me??
Or
Could it be the retaining springs?
Eric
