What $$ and fab work do you want to do with the suspension will depend on what u want to do. Does this toy need rego? which state, this will depend on how wild u can go.

Coils - may be better buying a kit unless u have the ideas to fab own one.

I would start on a leafy zook and mod from there.

cheers

For a cheap build i would probably do:

Cheap leafy, If u can find a WT or LWB cheap enough, go for it.
Terrain and skill depending
either:
SPOA - overkill steering ~$700ish i think (Lux diffs if u can for rego etc)
or
SPUA Ruf(rears up front) and OME or similar 2" lift
virtual lift fender or Bodylift.

double lockrights or 1 air and 1 lockright.
rollcage/front and rear bars.
stay 32's for diff strength at moment.

Post by big vitara »

how are you going.

i have a zook that i am looking to sell

it is in good nik no dings or scratches it has a 6" calmini combo lift and lightforce lights and uhf radio.

what were you looking at spending

this is already great for the dirt

but with reduction gears and a diff locker it would be a killer.

pm me if you wanta coupls of picks.

cheers
