Roof rack for a 60 series...

Post by stringer_00 »

Hi, can anyone tell me if a full length roof rack off an 80 series will fit directly onto a 60 series (with the normal roof height, not the raised roof)?
Cheers
Daniel.

I think this was asked before, and that it won't fit. a search could tell you for sure though.

The 80 series roof is skinnier than the 60. Yes skinnier!...
I know cos i've done this. I heated up the braces down the side of the rack and bent them in a little. Done the job niclely.
