hey i was at my mates farm over the weekend and apon driving up this huge hill the car stoped moving forward and the rpm went up threw the roof with the clitch out
only thing i can think of is that the clutch is worn out and needs to be replaced is this correct?

sounds about right. if your clutch isn't engaging properly then your engine will rev out. but if your clutch has been ingulfed in mud and there is mud between the pressure plate and or clutch plate, this would also stop the clutch from working to it full potential. id say its definately a clutch problem.
