advice on must do maintanance before 35's go on (cv's+diff)

G'day guys,

I'm in the process of putting 35" tyres under my PZJ70 swb (3.5l 5 cyl version of the 1HZ, R151F box, 4.56 diffs, currently have embarrasingly small 29" tyres-the legacy of the prev owner)
I've had the pzj just under a year and so would like to fix a few maintanence problems before the 35's go on to prevent any loud and unpleasant (read 'expensive') noises occuring once i'm turning bigger rubber!

I believe I need to:
1) change my left front cv (popping noises when turning, especially full lock-low speeds)
2) change rear diff pinion bearing (knocking noise in the rear thats not uni's and slight oil leak when nose parked downhill)

I like to do things properly and if I'm going to be stripping axles should I:
1) change only left cv or both as condition of rh is unknown
change wheel bearings while I'm there
change things like trunion bearings
obviously I'll replace all seals etc.. any suggestions on a kit or place to buy?
anything else I should do? bearing in mind that I'm currently shelling out for new 35's w/rockcrawler rims 2" lifted suspension, body lift etc.

2) Change just the pinion bearings and seals or wheel bearings etc as well
My rear is supposed to be LSD but is not real good, should I reco the clutch pack, put a new kit in or increase the spring strength while its out..
-again bearing in mind cost.

I can do most/all work myself (engineer with a reasonably high level of mechanincal ability and access to tools) although am a little hesitant to go adjusting diff r&p preload etc..as I've never done it before, would it cost much to take the diff centre to a diff specialist and get them to redo bearings etc?
