Fitting 40 series glass guards
I’ve recently purchased some 2â€
Easiest way I found it to line them up at the front first.
Square them up at the corner which mates to the front panel which holds grill and headlights etc pic will help explain where I mean - red circle. Once you get that first corner right it's a lot easier to line up the rest and work out where to drill from there. Might find there's a bit of flexing to be done..
Something I have found with some guards is the inner guard section is not quite the same dimension as stock..on my BJ the battery tray on passenger side interfered with the guard and was a prick to get it to sit right (enter the grinder) Melbourne? Can give you a hand if ya llike.
