80 Series Landcruiser belly fuel tank sizes??

Post by coights 40th »

Does anyone know if Toyota made two different size belly fuel tanks for the 80 series. I talked to a bloke the other day who said there was a 90litre belly tank supplied in his cruiser??

The bloke I had been talking to recons his 90litre tank was the belly tank and the 55 litre was in the rear of the vehicle. This doesn't sound right to me, as in mine it is the other way around (the 90 litre in the rear).
Visable physical size between both vehicles rear tanks are different, neither tanks had been modified. :?
