I live in Brisbane South (Logan).
I drive a Nissan Terrano. Turbo Diesel 2.7. Running OME 2" suspension, rear LSD, 31" BFG Muddies, about to have a 2" body lift done and 32-33" tyres will be on there next tuesday. Cut the wheel arches and fitting rubbererised flares to keep it legal.
Plans are in process for stronger sliding rails and armour plating for underneath. :D
Get out and drive it is my belief with my 4wd. If I can't, what do I need to do so I can :D

Daewoo Musso petrol 3.2 Lt

Post by Templar »

Had this car for five years since new.... recently bought/imported gear from korea as there is not much in the way of after market in Aus for Musso.
4 in rear Spring lift, 3 in body lift, rear and front barwork, 5.38 diffs ready in garage floor for when I get 35 in tyres and rims. Lockers soon to follow and an improvement on the air intake system.
Does a lot of Sand driving in Kurnell and Stockton and goes like the clappers on road ... drives like aa sports car and 4x4 .. very capable underated vehicle ... and I don't think they look ugly ! !

My other 4x4 is 2002 Mercedes-Benz ML320.

Bog standard 7 seat luxury model fitted with Mercedes "Command" system.

This is to run the family around. The car is supremely comfortable, fairly economical and handles nicely.

I also have a Range Rover Dakar if I want to get dirty.
Cheers,

Hi

James in Melbourne.
I have a foolish attraction to Lada Nivas - and own 2. One is a hardtop, the other a rare convertible - I'm the second owner, I bought it from TVs own Cameron Daddo! :)

About to buy another one too. Common sense hasn't come into play yet.

BTW: I am a committee member for the Victorian chapter of Skylines Australian - Nissan Skyline based club. I recently sold my lovely R33 GT-R, and am now looking for a track-ready R32.

Hmmm s'pose I should sign on here too.

I am at this point in time, a very frustrated Lava Nida owner.

The beast in question is a 1984 1600, which I accepted in trade on my LJ50 zook.

It's had a bit of a hard life, but hopefully I'll soon have some minor bugs sorted out and I can try driving it  Already has longer springs in, for about 2-3 " of lift, and has 205r16 ATs on F55 Daihatsu rims.

    Hey There,

Iam from Kalgoorlie WA and drive A Ford Ranger. So far it has done everything I have wanted it to do as a small 4x4 and has yet to fail me and needed a tow home. I have had it since new back in 2008 and have only added a Safari Snorkel, Goodyear MTR,S and Light Force 240,s. Waiting on Snake Racing to develop a lift kit of which I believe they are currently working on BT50.
