paints?

Post by Rhett »

I wasn't thinking this morning and grabed a couple litres of acrilic paint for my tray rememboring I had some acrlic clear at home. I had forgotten all about primer until I got to mitre 10 so a grabed some killrust primer. Ithe rillrustprimer doesnt say if it can be painted over with acrlic or not. I dapped a bit on the underside and it didn't seem to react. Is it worth a try? or re prime it with something else?

:? should be ok... double check all the labels,
to be extra safe, let the killrust totally dry/set
before you attempt to cover it with the colour ;)

it is a very expensive way to prime, primer filler would have been better. As said let it harde then rub then let harden more. Test for reaction first then go for it..good luck.
