Clunker for the Outback Challenge

Post by pendy »

Anyone want to loan me a useable clunker for the Outback Challenge? Some US boys are coming out to complete and I am Jonesing to come play also. Not sure this is even possible but thought it might not hurt to ask here on Outerlimits.

An old two door RRC or early defender could work for me. Also looking for a personal camera crew to film my antics and help me score chicks.
Scoring chicks is what Americans do when visiting Down Under isn't it. Maybe I will give Olivia Newton John a call.

Thoughts, snyde comments?

I have an '83 4 door RRC that you can use if you want to pay for it to be built up.

Welcome to the ARB Warn Outback 4x4 Challenge website

The 2006 ARB Warn Outback 4x4 Challenge is no longer accepting competitor entries.

We have reached our maximum capacity for the event.

If you still want a piece of the action we have Spectator tickets for sale.

I'm sure competitors would value your comments from the sidelines though

The 2.25 diesel sounds appealing. Thanks Ben. As do the older Rangies. A four door RRC can load my possie quicker. Is everyone sure they are not taking any more participants?

Keith you are shotgun on Normys deal. I wouldn't bust up that couple.

I just need tires no modifications on whatever they would let me enter. Because, I am pendy.

It is my affliction.

Any more thoughts on entering me in the Outback Challenge? Any more dogs to hump my leg?

In the for sale section there is a zook body on a rrc chassis that would only need a winch to make it a capable machine.
Saddle up tonto, its the not so loanrangie! . 98 TDI DISCO lightly modded with more to come.
