4 inch spring lift on 60 series
has any one got one/had one what were the pros and cons of it, how did it handle. how did it hold up over time?
I think most guys with a 4in lift on here have 2in spring lift, 2in body lift, and that should be enuff for 35's.
From memory, someone had tried 4in spring, and it was pretty firm, not much flex, which would seem about right. There are plenty of threads on here about various suspension ideas
Hopefully someone can give you some more first hand info...

4 inches on a 60 will give you bad caster, and make all sorts of issues with steering....the 2 inch spring followed by a 2 inch body lift is the easiest and best way to do it....or a spring over the best way for more than 4
isnt there a fella from Gympie in this forum somewhere that does a 4" spring kit for 60's. ide also like to know as im very interested in the best way to go!!!!

i was lookin at a four inch system but i believe it ends up being to firm the ride is rough and there is bugger all flex
of course there may be variations out there and ppl who swear by 4" but IMHO they are too tight and offer bugger all flex
i went the 3" route which gave around 2.5" in real life and a 2" BL
i found this with a set of 35 muddys on gave me the same clearance as a SOA from under the sill
i have jus trial fitted 37's and they rub slightly so i am swingin in with a 2" shackle lift and sl;ight gaurd trim whichg should solve me probs
jus do a search for 4" l;ift and u'll find a shitload
