Turbo V6 4Runner

First off here is a link to a sick truck that has got a turbo V6 among other cool mods..

I'm looking into doing this to my 94 V6 4Runner and have some questions.

1. Where is the best/cheapest place to get performance gear, ie. Boost Retard Ignition, Rising Rate Fuel Pressure Regulator, Extra Injector Controllers etc...

2. Will I need a modification plate and if so do they check just the turbo? or is my non transport approved stuff going to have to be removed? (3" Bodylift, 33's, 15x10 Wheels with huge offset)

4. Finally, where to get cheap turbos/intercoolers?

Mate even if they do just check the turbo, those tranny boys can smell the non approved stuff you have fitted - 15x10's and 3" body. Straight down to machinery town...
Built, not bought.
