changing rotors, wheel studs don't line up. HELP?
Hey i've changed my rotors and when i went to put my wheels on the wheel studs don't seem to line up properly. How do i fix this?? I've changed the swivel hub seals and put new suspension on in the last 3 days so REALLY REALLY don't want to have to pull it all apart again to hit the wheel studs from behind. Plus when i put the rotors on i forgot to put the washer that sits up against the wheel bearing on because it was stuck to the old one so i've already had to pull it all apart and put it back together once. gonna burn the hilux if i've gotta do it again. So over it atm!! nothing ever seems as easy as it should be.. any suggestions would be great!
yeh thats what i did in the end, was just one stud outta alignment, two washers, a wheel brace n a big pole did the trick. Finally got it back on the road, swivel hubs are a messy job!! also did my rotors, pads, springs, u bolts, seals, bearings etc while i was there took about 2days on and off. but screw paying $50-$100 an hour labour for someone to do it. Mainly cos i'm at uni.. if i had the cash i would most definitly prefer to just pay some1 haha
