You guys fold all this by hand right? No brake press or sheet folders?

The types of products you have been posting lately Ehsan are these for personal use or are they being produced and sold in bulk to another company?

Depends.. We make stuff in bulk if there is a large order.. Usually this is for individual customers.

I have allways wondered. What is it that you do over there Ehsan? Other than take awsome pics of things you would never find over here in Aus or the US.

I am a medical doctor training in radiology.. I have a very very keen interest in metal work and working with 4x4s.. I also export custom made parts and vintage hand made parts to the US, Canada and Eutope.

i believe tafe run courses on sheet metal working for cars etc., and the final project is to make a mudguard for a laser from a flat sheet of steel.

I'd think that you would use more tools than a hammer and a tape measure though.........

how long have these mechanics been making these works of art?

We work on Jeep and LC parts. Export LC parts only because of demand. But looking into Jeep markets..:).. http://pi.com.pk is a simple webpage..

This tailgate would be for around US$6-700 + shipping (approx)..

Our main mechanic.. "Ustaad" (literally translated as "Teacher") has been working for 35+years..
