All meals are avalable at the camping ground and the event area.
Meals at night are at the pub at a good rate, so leave your cooking gear at home.

A bit of a run down of the weekend.
The camping area opens on Friday morning for all those that are early.
the camping area is around the Walbundrie footy oval that is in the middle of the town.
Scrutineering will be from 5pm to 8pm on Friday and 7am to 9am on Saturday morning at the footy ground.
Drivers brief will be 9am to 9-30am Saturday morning at the event area around 500m from the footy oval up the Culcairn rd.
Note: There will be no driving of event vehicles from the footy oval to the event area AT ALL.
All Competing vehicles MUST be lined up at the first track in order by 9.45am.
Start time on day one WILL be 10am.

Food and non-alc drinks will be on sale (cheap) on site by the Walbundrie towns people.
Food for tea will be at the Walbundrie PUB (good food at a good price).
We are getting the footy club opened for the campers and yes it has a bar but BYO is also ok.
Camping is for everyone and is $15 for non competing people (free for driver or spotter only).
Entry to the event is also $15 each day per person.
There will be large signs everywhere so you will find everything EZ.

This event has alot of media on site (4 mags, 2 papers and tv) and also the HWY police will be there most of the time, SO BE GOOD.
No the cops are not after all 4wd's and are into the sport themselves so they will only book you if you deserve it so again BE GOOD.
Please do as the event officials tell you and all will be OK, this venue is the best we have seen and the owners will be looking at us to see if we can have ongoing events.
All competitors can only drive between stages.
No passengers on any buggies.
No burnouts or burn turns outside a stage.
When driving you must have you harness, helmet and wrist restraint or window net up. (even between stages)
No driving faster than 5kph anywhere within the property or the camping area.
Do as an official tells you.
There are 2 medics, 10 fire fighters and 20 officials on site so if you need anything just ask.
Please dont talk on official UHF channels as it may be needed for an emergency.

Most of all HAVE FUN.
See you all there. :D

Any shower/toilet facilities at the footy oval, or is it BYO
