92 Feroza manual locking hubs - seized

Post by Tzi »

I am having some trouble with my manual locking hubs.

I have cleaned and re-greased one of them, however with the other one, the knob turns but does notthing behind the scenes...
I cant undo it, because the outermost alenkey bolts are stuck, and are so shallow, the alen key just keeps "rounding" them.

Even with the one I cleaned and regreased they are REALLY hard to turn. (we're talking bruise causing hard)
I'm thinking new ones might be in order.

Where would I find replacement hubs for my feroza, and roughtly how much would they cost?

specific, but there MAY be one or two of another model/make that could fit. Needs to have same spline IIRC. Better to see if you can get ones specifically for yours 1st.
