Hey, on my feroza around the wheel arches there is this yellow rubber strip.. its fraying and looks pretty naff so is it a good idea to take it off?

You probably could get rid of it, but it's purpose would be to stop the flare rubbing, which in turn will go down to metal, which will in turn rust. Also probably helps stop it from vibrating and causing a squeak and/or rattle.
