How to change a Hilux front shift to top shift

Can anyone help with what parts are needed?

I know I will need the shifter stick but will I need the rails or are the ones in there easily modifyed?

Any help would be apreciated

We looked at modifying a front shifter into a top shfter a while ago. If you want to use the normal rails they have to be shortened.

It was much easier just to buy a top shifter.

You can get a kit from marlin crawler to change it to top shift, you get a discount if you send them your old rails too.
