Looks pretty good - bit rough around the edges.

I know of quite a few on 33's (including mine). I am pretty sure I have seen at least 1 on 35's but memory is a bit hazy. Sam on here has a ISUZU/county drivetrain in his 90.

And he is on 35s

I tried talking him in to 37s...and I reckon he will do it before long.

i have seen 2 4bd1s in lro over the years in pommyville, one was in a genuine pirenti (wide cab one) and the other was in a rangie. the rangie bloke was selling conversion kits. Dont ask me to dig it up, i have most lro mags since 91, and i wouldnt know where to start.

Is there any real benefit to upgrading to 35" or 37" on these? Will they bolt straight on with a simple 2" lift or is more work required?

yeah i'm sure they can be had here out of nqr's or whatever box vans had them and with a bit of time and money stuck into a landie.

issue is not being able to buy them off the shelf, that would be a nice thing. i'm happy with the isuzu 2.8 turbo for the moment, thoughts of a 3.9 turbo are mere dreams. besides, i think my gearbox and front axle might have something to say about a proper sized diesel running through them.

anyhoo, i'll continue to look enviously over 4bd1 engined counties, its nice to dream, thanks for the link.

I know of two OZ built 4BD1 powered 110 countys that now reside in canada. I will hopefully be travelling around central america in one of them in a few months.
