whats the wheelbase of a feroza?

people are fitting a similar combos in zuks, 1.6 vitara gbox and tcase then 1.3 sierra tcase

as vit case is 1:1 in high and centered rear output

only thing is then ur drive shaft output wont match up with ur centered rear diff
but thats no big deal

thats part of the problem, drivelines wouldnt match up....

another problem is that the feroza box tends to be a tad longer than the zooks.

Is it fully engineered??
not yet... extended shackles and welded rear :finger:
all under QLD transports watchful eyes
How exactly do you get a welded diff engineered? I was under the assumption that this was highly illegal and extremely frowned upon. Seen numerous bogans in old holdens/fords getting booked and towed in various hot spots around Brisbane for having welded rears. God knows why you'd want one anyway :D

If you've got MQ diffs why dont you just cough up for some decent lockers instead of being a tightward! Hell if they were available for the F310 I wouldnt hesitate, certainly not going to have a BIC locker in the back, one way trip to hell !

Cheers

Cheers for not getting tooo upset. Just what you wrote initially implied that at some stage it would be a fully engineered, DOT aproved vehicle. And my question was how would you have it engineered as welded diffs are totally illegal as far as i know.... Not having a dig just not really understanding what you said. Feel free to call me whatever you like and raise your finger all you like ! As you said, its the net, who gives a toss :D
