Who is selling Coil Spacers & how much $$$
Got the new rig(GU Wagon) but it wont fit my 35 claws.
i am happy with the OME kit it came with , but it is not quite high enough.
i do have a 3 inch dobbinson kit in the truck i am selling but i cant be f#*ked swapping suspensions between to trucks, already swapped over so much gear , i am just about shagged!
Thanks Grant.

For the 2-4 hours it will take you and a mate to change over suspension it will be worth it in the long run - which you will probably change in time too.
Coil spacers to me are a bodge job.
YMMV.
i wouldnt bother swap the springs there could be different weights from your old one to the new one... so in the end it could be heavier... could mean you new draws are heavier or something..
But either way i would just leave it or fit some new springs and not bother with coil packers.

I would bother changing it over if you are happy with the previous setup and there are not too many changes with the vehicles. You are half way there if you were to put the coil spacers in and then you have to pay someone else to supply the coil spacers.
Then you won't be happy and then fork out more dollars for a real 3 inch lift.
With the $100 you were going to spend on coil spacers pay someone to do the swap or al least give you a bit of a hand.

That dobbinsons were matched to my 4.5 GU with light weight timber draws and a 80 ltr lpg bottle in the arse.
The new truck has outback draws and a large long range tank in the rear.
So i dont think the old ones would suit the new truck.
i fitted my 285/75/16 tonight ok, but the 35 claws are no chance!
Cheers Grant

I got coil spacers off ebay for $144 i think it was..... because my 35" wranglers still scrubbed..... did the job ok..... but looking around you can get a good set of used coils for not a lot more. I'm pulling my 3" coils and spacers out and replacing them with a set of Dobinsons 6" coils in the coming weeks.
There is no "I" in Team, but there are 5 in Individual Brilliance
