Has anyone put an intercooler from a GU on a GQ 2.8?

What sort of power, economy gains are there?

Is it a dificult job?

Are there any other modifications (apart from chopping the bonnet) I'd need to consider?

Should I have got a 4.2 in the first place?

Any info, (apart from the last question) appreciated.
If you do the mod, you will be happier with what you have. Your not the Bank of England, so not being made of coin, you can do what you can to gain more neddies.

IC would be a good start for the price Morkz has that forsale. - lets just say you wont be disappointed if your realistic about the outcome. You can then wind up the boost happily :D

the easiest way to get it on there is to take the intakemanifold from the GU aswell, it shouldnt be that hard.
