Can anyone quote me what the largest dia leaf spring bush (or bush that could be used for that purpose) is, would prefer rubber, but poly would do.
Have heard some of the cruiser ones are pretty big.

Assuming that you are searching for a larger bush in an effort to gain more displacement, why not just get them custom made. Even factory rubber ones will be too stiff to be of any real advantage in the flex department.

Yes as a matter of fact I do. Syd from Qld Rollers and Liners up here can do custom stuff. The problem is the moulds. If he has a mould that will suit then he can make the bushes for around the same as what you'd pay for poly ones but at any duro (hardness) that you require.
I am using a landcruiser bush that has been cut down in length. It has a 40mm OD with a 18mm ID. He can sort out the lengh issue by machining them after they come out of the mould. Mine are 60 duro, stock rubber ones are about 80 and poly are over 100 if I recall correctly.
Mine seem to be wearing well. And I am very pleased at how well they work offroad. It is obious how much less the spring is binding with these bushes. Not as good as orbit eyes but still impressive. Only problem is having to get 1st and 2nd leaves remade to fit the larger eyes.
I don't have any standard spring hangers left on my chassis but mine work with snake racing dropped front hangers and an 8mm main leaf. They're close at the front but don't contact.
