fitting after market guages

Post by TRobbo »

I have a few after market guages to fit to keep an eye on what is going on eg volts, amps, temp etc.
Does anyone have any smick ideas for mounting in a D1? Pics would be great if you have them.

Thanks

neatest spot I'v found in most cars is the CD player slot, supercheap etc even sell pretty covers to fit 3x 2 1/4" gauges in there. only problem is finding a new spot for your CD player!

else find a on dash pod style thing.

voltmeter's are virtually useless, unless your doing alotta winching, even then you should have proper dual batt setup thats stops those drama's. oil pressure and temps are the ones thats gunna save you. and thats providing your watching them and their not there for wank factor...
