Can anyone tell me where i can find info on exactly what i can and can't do to my truck. Specifically, suspension and tyres.

Any help is appreciated.

Vic Roads is best place to start.
But get permission for any doubtful mods in writing from them, as interpetations of the complex rules can be difficult and varied.
