I have a 96 dual cab The only problem i had was the shifter hitting the floor. With some gentel tapping with a hammer & trimming of the rubber boot this was fixed.
I loosened the nut on the steering shaft when lifting the body but there was still heaps of shaft left. i have heard this can be diffrent on each car ??.
I had to extend the fuel filler hoses you will not have to do this as you have a tray back
Just have a good look around the car to make sure nothing is being pulled to tight ie. radiator hoses, air intake, speedo cables etc ect

He will have to extend the fuel filler hose as its a dual cab and the filler is in the C pillar even if it has a tray. You might also have to undo a clamp or 2 on the handbrake cable or it can pull tight and leave the handbrake on a little bit.

Yes you are right Guts, for some resson i hade it in my thick head it was a single cab.
I did not encounter the problem with the handbrake cable.
