So who is going to come out on top this time???

Ive heard Pete has put a little more fine tunning into his rig and i know Adrian now has a motor that runs on all 8 cyl. But what has Pip done to try and keep ahead of the game???? Or will Cal sneak in again and take it all away from them like he did at the finals last year.

You will have to come down to Rover Park to find out. This is going to be huge.
Sounds like the other 16 competitors need not turn up to this round. ;)

Micka
Dont know Micka anything could happen from here its still anyones game. We never said this comp was going to be easy.
Just joking, Tony ;)

If I thought it was going to be easy I would not have bothered becoming involved.

I think everyone is keen to unsettle the top guys and as you know, it only takes a DNF or 2 and the game is wide open.

Bring on Round 2

watch out Dave and Chris, Ally and I are far better organised for this one. Jamie and Steve will probably be hot on our heels too. Lets hope Tony's boat anchor of a motor holds up. Tee hee hee. :D

Any idea on where the courses are for this round, same as rnd 1 from last year?

Just an update on a slight rule change. Mainly the highlighted section of this rule. It has not been changed from the W.E.Rock USA website as yet but this is how they are now running this.

1.1: Course Time

Every team will have ten (10) minutes to complete each course unless otherwise specified in the
event meeting. Once the time has expired, the vehicle must be removed from the course using
the quickest allowable route possible. Time will start once any part of the team enters the course.
Time will stop once any two tires cross the imaginary line between the finish gates.
Vehicles may not straddle any finish gates to stop time. This is set to clear confusion about
hitting finish gates before vehicles cleared the gate.

This allows teams to back up through gates, roll through gates or whatever without letting them straddle the end gates to clear time.
Remember this is the Imaginary line between the gates(cones) it doesnt include the actuall cones.

For those confused about this rule it will be explained at drivers breifing.

Hi Guys,

it was a great spectator sport for rock hammer racing, I got heaps of photos to do on disc as you all know – anything for the sport!

If you want them (photos), they are high quality jpegs all I need is a stamped envelope – padded – sent to me and I will send you a 4.7 gig DVD of all the best photos I have. Feel free to hit the website and grab what you want!

Special thanx to the guys who helped us out near the campfire, without guys like Roger, giving us instructions and assistance the rockhammer team would never move forwards.

Speaking of moving forwards……if there is a transfer case bearing floating around Haultech, could someone please send it us….we seemed to have misplaced it
