60 series axle studs?

hey guys,
i have a HJ61 with the 12HT in it and i have lifted it etc and i have a locker in the front and the rear of it and i keep snapping rear axle studs what can i do to stop this i have tries drilling the holes out and putting 100 series studs in but that was unxuccessful i still snapped the studs have i done something wrong am i retarded or what can i do.
any help is good help and would be grateful thanx heaps

Get a straight axle. When they're bent they keep snapping the studs.

do you torque the studs down pretty much every day for a few weeks after installing them?

Ive been doing this coversion for years now and never had one come back with stud problems. when you fitted the studs were the axles modified to suit the 100 collets or did you not fit collets? you have done some thing wrong or something is bent etc.

did you still fit the cone washers? without the cone washers even 100series studs will probably be a weaker system than 60series studs with cone washers.
