Here's some pics...
The green hose is crimped at the end and pushed onto the tap to stop any crap being flung up from getting into the tap outlet.
I used rectangular PVC down piping, round-to-rectangular joiners, round end caps, 2x 20L water drum taps, 4 brass nuts (to hold them firm), 2x the spout thingys for filler tubes and 2x endcaps for the filler tubes.
1x plumbers PVC welding glue
Chrome spray paint
16 zip ties
16 rubber sticky dots (to stop zippies rubbing my bling paint off 8))
Silicone to make any joins watertight
Some bling bling pin striping.
All up cost about say $50...capacity about 20 odd litres.
Given the space limitations all of us Roza drivers have to contend with it means one less item I have to find a nook or cranny for when packing gear in to head off for a weekend...and that's pricesless (as far as I'm concerned
