Sus lift options
Sus lift options
Just Wondering what options i have for doing a sus lift for my 98 coily zook, I know efs and arb have suspension for a coily but i am wondering if there is any other options like for example patrol springs for an easy 4 inch lift. btw i have done a quick search and found nothing.
either get off the shelf kits or get one custom made. patrol springs and any springs off larger four wheel drives will be too stiff and feel terrible. also they will be too large to fit the spring seats. I didnt realise that arb or efs made them for coilys. must be a new thing. good luck.

Most likely would have been rears.Huggy wrote:a mate of mine used honda crx coils but cant remember if he used front or rears
If you've got some time to kill have a scratch around at a wreckers. You should be able to find a few small jap cars with suitable rear springs.
From memory SiKiD_01 has some info on this as he was swapping coils in the rear of his Vit, you wont be able to use exactly what he has becase of the different weights of Vit/Seirra but it will give you an indication of what will fit. Do a search under his name and you will probably find some info.
