Got 2 inch suspension lift on my 89 leaf spring front end hilux, no chance of getting 33s on unless either a 3 inch lift or doing a body lift, my 31s scrub on the mud flaps now at full lock. Regards Steve M

3 inch seems to work well on mine although I had to trim just a little from the back of the front guard, and now doesn't touch anywhere.

Rims are 15x10s with decent offset which might make a difference.

i got 2" Spring and 2" BL iwth cruiser offset rims. Befroe i put the BL in it rubbed bad even on flat ground full lock. Since 2"BL only rubbs at full lock whilst also at full atriculation. Moving diff fwd is next plann and should squeeze 35's in :D

In answer - 2" Spring will fit but will rub.

No matter how much spring lift you put in they will still rub at full compression! the chassis to body hasn't changed yet the tyre size has increased so unless you do body lift or guard chop they will rub at full compression.

Dont lift it at all, move the diff forward 2" and you will run 33's with no lift.

I have 2" sus lift and 32" Mickey Thompsons scrub badly.

Will be moving diff forward, adding hi-steer, cut the guards drop my sus lift and maybe add wide track will then fit 35" or 37" Diff out of ground and centre of gravity kept low ;)
Kind Regards,
Brad

move your front diff forward either with rear springs etc. as dicussed in other threads or drill your perches 33mm back with 14.5mm drill. works a treat
