Driving an F-350

Driving an F-350
...and not just any F350, a souped up one that Ford has for the military (SORV ones). A dear friend of mine hooked me up on it...
6.0, turbo deisel, 325hp, 560lb/ft, 33" MTR, lockers, M12,000 Warn, bumpers, protection, and LOADS of other stuff for the military (suspension, CTIS on the Dana axles, etc...)
May not be our pot of tea, but it was a pleasure to drive...thought I'd share...
My comments to them are (which is evident)
1. weight
2. 33??? needs 37s
3. front bumper HUGE
4. suspension too bouncy
That's it for now...
Enjoy...

It's certainly not ARB, but doesn't look like the TJM bar for the 350 either.
I too think it might be Warn.
Do you have any closer photos, especially of the rims (and CTIS?)
And just how did you get the opportunity to drive this? They cannot be common anywhere in the world!

Interseted in CTIS are we there is a bloke who fabs and sells them locally to, he even has CTIS on a P38A can get details if your interestedGwagensteve wrote:It's certainly not ARB, but doesn't look like the TJM bar for the 350 either.

Wanted: Car trailer or beaver tail truck, let me know what you got
The CTIS is Dana Corp made, no more input from my end - I can ask if you want...I don't like it, I feel standard beadlocks, and GREAT tire that has strong sidewalls and can withstand loads of crap is far better, more reliable and cheaper to use.
But that's just me
