indicator help urgent.

Post by bigmick »

hey

on my way home from a trip last week end one of my blinkers stoped working. at first i thought a blown bulb so just left it bye the time i got home i had no indicators at all on my left side and dont even have the arrow light up in the dash. just about pulled the car apart today looking for the problem found heaps of mud but no blown bulbs or any thing out of the ordinary. pulled my dash out to see if any wires are out of the ordinary. there wasnt. cant find out wat is wrong. any help would be muchly appreciated. the right side of the car still works fine and the realay is still clicking.its an 82 lux.

thanx

no shorts in your wiring anywhere?

I had a similar problem like that not so long ago, turned out I'd ripped the plastic outer off the trailer plug wires and they touched.. shorted out and blew the fuse

replace the bulbs with working ones and see how that goes
