IMO ARB stores ive visited are only interested if your a corporate weekend warrior who wants to kit out their Prado Limited edition with a colour coded bullbar and side steps etc.

they Seem to give you a moral serve about how lift blocks/shock lean kits ets are illegal and wont suit there product blah blah blah.

They also dont seem to bargain at 4WD shows while all the other stands do.

TJM stores the same

Disclaimer: This is only the stores i have been to (North-Western Sydney) and by no means would all stores be like this.

It depends what you are looking for, from your suspension. A good 4x4 workshop operator should take the time with you to ascertain you exact needs and the functionality of your vehicle and then recommend the right product for you. You can always get the right gear for your rig. Steer clear of large corporate stores who have single minded agendas and quotas to fill.

I had old man emu in the front of my hilux, lasted 2 trips to ormeau once spring was fully compressed backwards never came back to any were near were it was, also know of one other person this happened to.Changed to efs they are six months old and constantly flexed backwards and had no trouble,my mate has old man emu in his middy cruiser and constantly flogs them and never has any trouble, maybe this is a quality controll thing.I still say bash the salesman after hours just make sure there is no witnessess.
