75 series diff into hilux

thinking about putting a 75 series rear diff in the rear of a hilux for more strength and disc brakes. Are then any issues with having an offsett diff centre and centre transfer case output.
this will be a daily driver.

from other threads ive read the biggest issue is that your fueltank will have to go.

fuel tank is already gone for the rear suspension.
