Hey all has anybody done a body lift on a 60 series sahara with the dual Air-Con? and Ice box, there are AC pipes running all under the car, will they stretch/bend ok without breaking? Will be buying the 2" kit asap. wheres the best place to buy the lift blocks? i was thinking a 2" kit from superior engineering.
Obviously you put the lift blocks on top of the factory rubber mounts, but what if the rubbers are buggered, wheres the best place to buy factory body mount rubbers?
Cheers Troy

Hey,
I have a 61 Series 12HT Sahara and i have a 2"body lift, 6" spring lift and 2" shackle lift and 35" tyres. It already had the body lift when i brought the truck and it was all fine but the aircon wasnt gassed so i dont know if it wasnt gassed because of the body lift or not but i got under it and it all was still connected and it looked like all the connections where fine to me. i have now taken the box in the back out and put my spare wheel in there so i can still put the esky and the tent in the back. Cheers

I spose as long as i jack it up slowly and undo all the clamps holding the pipes to the chassis i should be okay.

Mate i did search, i found your post about when you did a 2" body lift on your 60 very informative thanks, i also found a heap of other info reguarding 60 series BL, which is why i narrowed my post down to a couple of qns!bundytunna wrote:for crying out loud SEARCH
there is about 400000 threads on this topic alone
JUST SEARCH
So like you said there are 400000 threads reguarding this topic, do you think i have time to sort through them all to find the answers im looking for? I asked a couple specific qns, normally a person would go to the trouble to help answer them, if your just going to reply "search" with no help reguarding my qns, why post a reply, your only wasting your time, my time as well as others time when they search in the future!
So i thank those who will help me out and give the info im after now and future posts, because in my oppinion thats what a forum is all about, giving info to people who ask! Anyone who tells me to "search" again, i simply wont reply to their threads if they are after info!
I appologise for people who are helpful, i have just wasted 3 minutes of your life
