WHen I did the middy, I used 50mm Diam UHMW PE front and rear and 75mm diam for the middle 3 mounts. That way, the spacers were all the same size as the rubber mounts. I had to buy 1m of each size so I still have 1/2 a metre of each left.
Cut to size with a drop saw, hole in the middle and ur set.
