I dont know where you can get what your after, where have you tried?
Australia, USA?
Obvious Melbourne, Aussie places are:
USA4x4, POLY4x4, SUPAF spares, Procomp?
Maybe the guys on the NAXJA forum can help with sourcing one from the states? http://www.naxja.org/
You might need to get one custom fabbed up? Try Cheesy racing or something.
good luck

This fella will know the answer, and he'll most likely be able to get them parts for you at a very competative price.

TINSK,
If you fit a dropped pitman, then you'll also need a drop bracket for the Panhard rod (trackbar & what I think you're talking about above). ....
You wanth the draglink and the panhard to be parralel to avoid bumpsteer etc.
Alternatively consider a HiSteer......

OK ILL EXPLAIN IT FROM THE TOP
ALL THREE STEERING BOLTS BROKE . BOX FELL OUT WHILST DRIVING.
REPLACED BOLTS PUT BOX BACK IN SEEMED OK. 7 DAYS LATER BOLTS PULLED THREW CHASSIS RAIL. THE STEERING ON THIS THING HAS SOME SERIOUS ISSUES. I THINK A NEW PITMAN ARM WILL REDUCE A LOT OF PRESSURE ON THE BOX AND RAILS.THE ADJUSTABLE RODS ARENT A PROB ITS THE THE ONE THAT SITS BEHIND THE DIFF ITS GOT LIKE A BALL JOINT ON THE RAIL WERE IT MOUNTS I HOPE THIS MAKES A BIT MORE SENSE NOW.

Yup sounds like you've got some serious issues there.
Probably way more than can be addressed on an Internet thread.
I'll guess there's no brace for the steering box - Issues the the XJ box /mount are not uncommon when running bigger tyres without a brace.
A HighSteer has the Rie Rod Ends on top of the knuckle arms rather than under.
Any chance your could snap a few pics and pint out what's happening - cause your description above has me more confused....

Ahhh, so that sounds like the panhard. It's the only one that will go from the diff to the chassis rail. It wont do anything to reduce the stress on the steering etc but if it is stock then the balljoint at the chassis end will be well past it's resting position with 6" of lift. Wooders can help with a heavy duty one that doesn't use a ball joint but rather a bush fitting. I got one from whiteline which is bent differently to stock to reduce the angle at the balljoint and is also adjustable but I dont think it would be suitable with 6" of lift.TINSK wrote:THE ADJUSTABLE RODS ARENT A PROB ITS THE THE ONE THAT SITS BEHIND THE DIFF ITS GOT LIKE A BALL JOINT ON THE RAIL WERE IT MOUNTS I HOPE THIS MAKES A BIT MORE SENSE NOW.
In regard to the bolts pulling through you can get a chassis strengthening plate that mounts between those bolts and the frame on the outside to strenghten it up. C-Rok make one or you could easily make one yourselfwith some 8mm or 6mm plate.
If you get a longer pitman arm you will need to raise the panhard mount on the diff to keep the steering arm and panhard parallel. If they aren't parallel or close to it you'll get bumpsteer (look that one up there's tons of info on the net that will explain this).
Cheers
