Wiring Diagrams for EFI 16B 93 model

Post by jockrotten »

I got my 16B motor last week and Im slowly getting through the wiring loom.

Does anyone know where to get a decent wiring diagram for the EFI model?

Ive tried suzinfo and a few other websites and even bought a haynes manual(dont get one theyre crap). The haynes manual is more confusing than anything else the schematic is overcrowded and a lot of the wiring colors dont corespond!

I got the motor with the complete wiring loom. There are 2 computers, is the smaller one necessary? I cant find it in any of the diagrams, Im assuming it is to run climate control or instruments....

Some help would be greatly appreciated........ and no I dont want to send the loom away; Im an electrician and Ive done two efi wiring looms previously so its just the info I need!

thanks guys

the smaller computer will more than likely be for the auto, so snip away to ur hearts content. when i did mine my autolecy mate did it 4 me, we ended up with about a dozen wires for the donk.
buggy time............

thanks guys

I thought it might have been for the auto.

I was thinking about ripping everything out except for the wires from the ECU to the sensors and then adding the supply positives from the ECU diagram that heath posted on suzinfo.

This is basically what I did when I put the V6 commodore motor in to my kombi.
