Im just curious as mine seems to be getting soft these days . Mine is in a mk patrol but i figured this would be a std question.
I was thinking of replacing the fibre with a metal block.
I jUst dont want to be stuck with no steering over a $20 part

Metal could be a mistake, vibrations, and no give can damage stuff.
